You already know that we do not take everything too serious, unless it is about the well-bein of our guests. That is why we have taken several precautions in order to offer you a safe and most importantly carefree stay at Hollmann Beletage. You can read more about that in the following paragraphs. At Beletage we have always been disinfecting, cleaning and washing hands as much as possible. Of course we diligently clean all rooms.
Cancellation policy
Flexibility hooray
In order to provide you with certainty in these unstable times we recommend to book our crazy flexible rate. This means you enjoy maximum of flexibilty, because you have the possibility to cancel our standard rate until 1 day before arrival. In case of no-shows or later cancellations we will charge the full amount of the booking. So if our head of states decide to change travel regulations once again, you still have the possibility to act on time. Nevertheless we would be very happy, if you decide to come to a latter date to Vienna.
