Web Analysis
Our website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used to analyse the use of the website by their users. The resulting information is transferred to Google's server in the United States and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that cookies are not stored.
We have entered into a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.
Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only rough localisation is possible.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Sec. 96 (3) TKG [German Telecommunications Act] and Art 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and f (legitimate interest) GDPR.
In addition, Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement, providing a guarantee to comply with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).
User data will be kept for 14 months.
For detailed information about Google's data usage, your ability to adjust settings and to object, please visit Google's websites below: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites?hl=en-US ("Data usage by Google when you use it from websites or apps of our partners"), http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads ("Data usage for advertising purposes"), https://safety.google/privacy/ads-and-data/ ("Manage information that Google uses to show you advertising").
Mouse-Tracking
Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our website. Therefore, we use Hotjar to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize the offer on this website. With the help of Hotjar's technology, we get a better understanding of the experiences of our users (e.g. how much time our users spend on which pages, which links they click on, what they like and what they don't like, etc.) and this helps us to adjust our offer to our users' needs. Hotjar works with cookies (see above) and other e-technologies to collect information about the behaviour of our users and about their devices (in particular the IP address of the device - which is only recorded and stored in anonymised form, screen size, device type (Unique Device Identifiers), information about the browser used, location - country only, language preferred to view our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymised user profile. The information is not used by Hotjar or by us to identify individual users or to combine it with other data about individual users. For more information, see Hotjar's privacy policy: https://www.hotjar.com/legal/policies/privacy.
You can object to the storage of a user profile and information about your visit to our website by Hotjar as well as the setting of Hotjar tracking cookies on other websites by clicking this opt-out link.
Data storage via our web shop
For the purpose of contract fulfilment, we store the following data: address, forename and surname, address, e-mail address and, optionally, registered data of the user (company name, details of the address, telephone number). The data you provide is required for contract fulfilment and/or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we are not able to conclude the contract with you. The data are not shared with third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institution or payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company contracted by us for the delivery of the goods, as well as to our tax consultant to fulfil our tax obligations.
If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of a conclusion of the contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
Furthermore, details such as name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored until the end of our product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Sec. 96 (3) TKG [German Telecommunications Act] and Art. 6 (1) lit a (consent) and (b) (required for contract fulfilment) GDPR.
Registration and user account
Users of our web shop can create a user account as an option. As part of the registration process, we provide users with the necessary information (mandatory fields and optional information). The data entered as part of the registration is used for the purpose of making our offer available. Users can be informed by e-mail about details relevant to offers or registration, such as changes in the scope of the offer or technical updates.
In the event that users terminate their account, their data will be deleted from that account; an exception is data whose retention is necessary for commercial or tax reasons according to Article 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. Backup of data in the event of termination before the end of the contract is the responsibility of the users. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all user data stored during the duration of the contract.
On the basis of our legitimate interests as well as on the basis of the user's interests in the protection against abuse and other unauthorized use, we store the IP address and the timing of the respective action by the user when a user uses our registration and login functions in connection with his user account. The IP addresses will be anonymized or deleted after 7 days at the latest.
As a matter of principle, we do not disclose the data to third parties; an exception are situations in which we have to pursue our claims or in which we have a legal obligation in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. c GDPR.

You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. In order to provide you with information in a targeted manner, we may also collect and process additional information that users voluntarily provide.
To send you our newsletter, we need your email address and your statement that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you sign up for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm the registration.
You can cancel the subscription of the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: hello@crazyhollmann.com.
We will then immediately delete your data collected in connection with the newsletter subscription.
Google-Re/Marketing-Services
Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our website. Therefore, we use marketing and remarketing services (Google marketing services) provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, ("Google").
Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).
Google marketing services allow us to target ads for and on our website to present users with only those ads that potentially reflect their interests. To do this, Google runs a code and uses so-called (re-) marketing tags, which are used to store an individual cookie in the user's browser. For the use of cookies see above.
The information collected by Google may also be linked to such information from other sources. If the user subsequently visits other websites, the ads tailored to him can be displayed according to his interests.
In addition, Google Analytics collects the IP address of the users, but they are immediately pseudonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only a rough localisation is possible; the ads are not managed and displayed for a specific person, but for the cookie owner, regardless of who that cookie owner is. This does not apply, of course, if a user has expressly allowed Google to process the data without this pseudonymisation. The information collected about users by Google Marketing Services is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the US. The user's IP address is not merged with the user's data within other Google offerings.
Among other things, we use cookies from the Google marketing service "Google AdWords"; we may be using "AdSense" on the basis of the Google marketing service and its cookies to display third-party advertisements. For more information on data usage for marketing purposes by Google, please visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Google's privacy policy is available at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
We also use the "Google Tag Manager" to integrate the analytics and marketing services offered by Google into our website and to manage them centrally.
Online presence on social media
We run online presence within social networks and platforms to communicate with users, prospects and customers who are active there. When calling these networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing policies of each operator apply.
Unless otherwise stated in our privacy policy, we process users' data when they communicate with us on social networks and platforms.
