Our first instincts were right on the mark. Chili et al definitely do pack a punch. If you are open to their great, aromatic spiciness, we have them here for you. If you love their amazing flavor, but would prefer to forgo the fiery afterburner effect, let us know and we will be sure to show appropriate restraint...
And not to worry, no way near all of the dishes featured in our multicourse dinners are spicy. Fish, crustaceans and seafood come fresh from the ocean, and that’s exactly how they taste. Our sauces and dips live from the aromatic abundance of the tropical vegetation. And above all, from the creativity of our kitchen crew, able to extract the absolute most out of our outstanding regional ingredients, as well as masterfully bridge the gap between authentic flavors and the European palate.
